Third Street Joins AFP Community Engagement Initiative
Third Street was one of three nonprofits from the Silicon Valley selected for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Community Engagement Initiative (CEI).

2009 Provost Award for Excellence in Service Learning
Each year, San Jose State University recognizes various community based nonprofits and schools for their commitment to service learning. In 2009, the Third Street Community Center was honored to receive the Provost Award for Excellence in Service Learning.
2008 NVIDIA High Impact Grant Recipient
The Third Street Community Center receives a $50,000 grant from NVIDIA. The high impact grant is determined by employee votes.
Third Street Community Center featured in the NIAC Annual Report
Third Street was one of only 6 agencies to be featured in NIAC’s 2006 Annual Report’ The article includes information on our programs and a photo of one of our students. TSCC was selected from a pool of over 7,500 eligible entries.
