Share the Magic Update
In light of the new economy, the Third Street Community Center is trying something a little different and changing the format of the annual Share the Magic. This year, we are partnering with Morocco’s Restaurant to bring you a special evening featuring several live bands, a silent & live auction, and a five course meal complete with wine!
The event will take place on Friday, November 5th starting at 6 PM. A percentage of the ticket sales will benefit the Third Street Community Center and the Silicon Valley Arts Council. Tickets will be on sale shortly. Please email Rosemary to receive updates.
Open House for Youth Programs
Third Street will be hosting our annual Open House on August 19, 2010 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Come learn about our curriculum, meet the instructors, enroll for classes, and get your questions about our program answered. Light snacks & refreshments will be available. A raffle ticket will be provided to anyone who enrolls in at least one program!
At the Open House, Third Street will be accepting students in grades 2-6 for the After School Academic Program. Third Street will also be accepting students in grades 2-8 for Tech Friday. Tech Friday is a youth program that provides computer classes, science labs & IMAX movies at the Tech Museum of Innovation, and other technology & design related activities.
