Special Projects
There are project specific and time-limited opportunities to support the Third Street Community Center by providing a unique service.
These opportunities are suitable for: individuals with unique skill sets (i.e. IT skills, fundraising, event planning, etc.), or clubs, student groups or professional associations.

Although the majority of these opportunities come by way of invitation or through established relationships with the Third Street Community Center, we are open to discussing new partnerships on a case by case basis.
Past examples include:
- A professional webmaster who designed and made this amazing website possible
- A professional graphic artist who designed our Annual Reports, our most impressive marketing collateral to date
- A team of San Jose State University business students who secured and coordinated the collection of silent auction items for our Share the Magic benefit and helped make that year's silent our most successful to date
- A team of San Jose State University writing students who wrote stories capturing the spirit of our programs for our annual report, and who produced posters with taglines for our Share the Magic benefit
- A team of San Jose State University business students who developed a volunteer database so we can better manage and track the incredible amount of work and time our volunteers give each year
- Professional photographers who took photos at our Share the Magic benefit
This is just a sampling of the unique support that we have received from individuals or groups providing a limited-time or one-time service.
If you are interested in providing a specific or limited time service, please email your idea to our Executive Director, Rosemary Baez
