Adult Education Program
These opportunities are available from late September to May.
These opportunities are suitable for: college students, community members, professionals, or retired individuals.

ESL Instructors are needed to teach Basic English as a Second Language classes. Individuals with experience in teaching English or serving immigrants are preferred. Individuals looking to gain experience in teaching or learning more about immigrant communities are welcome. New instructors may be paired with an experienced instructor prior to leading a class. Please note that this service opportunity requires a minimum 6-week, twice per week commitment.
Computer Instructors are needed to teach basic computer skills to primarily Spanish speaking immigrants. Bilingual individuals with experience in teaching and serving immigrant adults are preferred. Individuals must be proficient in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, the internet and tech savvy enough to trouble shoot problems. Please note that this service opportunity requires a minimum 13-week, once per week commitment.
